Our cone crushers use a conical crushing chamber: the mantle spins and crushes rock against the fixed bowl liner. The output is cubical aggregate with a tight size distribution. We build standard and short-head models for secondary, tertiary and quaternary stages, depending on your feed size and what you need to produce.

Jaw crushers crush with two opposing jaws: one fixed, one moving. They handle primary crushing of hard, abrasive rock and give you coarse, angular aggregate. Our single-toggle design includes hydraulic CSS adjustment on the larger models, so you can change the gap setting quickly when the feed changes.

We supply wear and spare parts across the full range: manganese liners and jaw plates in Mn18Cr2 and Mn21Cr2, bronze bushings in C93800 and C93700, gears and pinions in 20CrMnTi and 18CrNiMo7, forged 42CrMo shafts, and 20Mn5 cast frames and shells. Bushings are centrifugal cast, manganese parts sand cast, shafts and gears forged.
