Precisión de casquillos de bronce

Eccentric bushings (inner/outer): Centrifugally cast C93800 leaded bronze. CNC-machined bore and OD. Socket liners in same material — full contact with main shaft spherical seat.

Countershaft box bushings: casquillos de bronce ajustados a presión para el eje del piñón. Verifique cada 1,000 horas — reemplácelos cuando la holgura supere los 0.5 mm.

Forged 42CrMo main shaft with integrated head center. Bearing seats induction-hardened. Assembly includes main shaft, head center, mantle nut, and torch ring.

Gear & pinion drive system

Spiral bevel gear sets. 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched — surface hardness HRC 58–62, core HRC 30–35. Pinion shaft with integral gear. Matched sets, lapped in pairs.

Socket anillo de sellado

Press-fit dust seal. Prevents fines ingress into the socket liner. Replace when the lip shows visible cracking or hardening.

Tazón

Cast bowl with machined thread. Suspends the bowl liner and feed cone. Inspect thread faces for galling at each liner change.

anillo de ajuste
