Wear-Resistant Components for Impact Crushers

Blow bars, impact plates, side liners, and rotor protection liners — wear components for impact crushers in quarrying, mining, cement, construction, and recycling.

MMC (Metal Matrix Composite) blow bars — Ceramic particles embedded in a manganese or martensitic steel matrix. 2–3x wear life vs. standard manganese in medium-abrasion applications.

High Chrome Cast Iron — Cr26–Cr28 alloy. Hardness 58–62 HRC. Best for feed sizes under 300 mm with medium-to-high abrasion.

Bimetallic — High-chrome working face bonded to a ductile steel backing. Impact-resistant core with wear-resistant surface.
