The Continuous Feed System maintains a consistent fill level in the crushing chamber. This prevents both starvation (which concentrates wear on one section) and overfeeding (which can cause uneven mechanical stress). Consistent fill = even wear = longer plate life.

Single-piece vs. multi-segment jaw plates — which is better?

Single-piece: faster installation, fewer bolts. Multi-segment: replace only the worn sections, lower per-change cost. For the MC 110 and above, multi-segment plates let you replace just the lower section (which wears 2–3× faster than the upper).

When should I use the crusher unblocking system instead of manual clearing?
