Key components

Stocked HP series crusher parts:

Main Frame: Cast steel, supports all other components.

Adjustment Ring: Controls the closed-side setting (CSS) for product size adjustment.

Countershaft: Transmits power from the motor to the eccentric assembly.

Eccentric: Drives the gyratory motion of the crusher head. Works with the main shaft and bushings.

Socket: Holds the main shaft in place.

Socket liner: Bronze bushing inside the socket, reduces friction on the main shaft.

Head: Upper section housing the mantle. Applies crushing force to material.

Feed Plate: Directs material into the crushing chamber for even distribution.

Bowl: Lower section working with the mantle. Lined with replaceable bowl liners.

Main Frame Liner: Replaceable wear plates protecting the main frame.

Arm Guard: Shields the crusher arms from material impact.

Main Shaft: Central shaft supporting the moving parts.

Piston: Hydraulic cylinder for CSS adjustment and clearing blockages.

Eccentric Bushing: Bronze bushing for the eccentric assembly.

Drive Gear: Transmits power to the moving parts.

Pinion: Mates with the drive gear in the power transmission system.

Counterweight: Balances the moving parts to reduce vibration.

Head Bushing: Bronze bushing for the head assembly rotation.

Bowl Liner: Replaceable wear surface in direct contact with crushed material.

Mantle: Primary wear surface crushing against the bowl liner. Available in multiple cavity profiles.

We carry stock on common parts for fast turnaround. For less common items, typical lead time is 2-4 weeks.
