FAQ — Other crusher parts

I have a crusher brand not listed on your site. Can you still supply parts?

Yes. If you have a parts manual or can provide dimensions from a worn sample, we can reverse-engineer most crusher wear and mechanical components. Common brands we cover but don't list separately include Kobelco, KPI-JCI, Lippmann, Parker, Extec, Fintec, Pegson, and many Chinese crusher makes (PYB, PYZ, PYD, S series).

What information do you need to quote a part?

Crusher make and model. Part number from your parts book. A photo or sketch with critical dimensions if the part number is unavailable. Material preference if you have one (e.g. Mn18Cr2 for wear parts, C93800 for bushings).

How long does custom manufacturing take?

Standard wear parts with existing patterns: 7–21 days. New patterns required: add 2–4 weeks for pattern making. Large castings (over 2 tons): 30–45 days. Rush orders available — contact us for current lead times.
