Telsmith SBS cone crusher parts
Mantles, concaves, bronze sleeves, and mainshafts for Telsmith SBS cone crushers — 38 SBS, 44 SBS, 52 SBS, 57 SBS, 68 SBS. Manufactured to original specifications.
Bushings & sleeves
Inner Sleeve — Positions and supports the mainshaft. Reduces friction. Transmits power.
Outer Sleeve — Protects the eccentric sleeve. Reduces friction between mating surfaces.
Mainshaft — Connects to the mantle. Transfers rotational force from the eccentric to the crushing surface.
Wear Parts — Mantle and concave/bowl liner. Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2. Matching profile sets.
About the Telsmith SBS Series
Eccentric and thrust roller bearings create a cam-and-lever crushing action. Large feed opening for bigger feed sizes. Dynamic Adjust system allows CSS changes under load with digital readout.
Maintenance-free hydraulic overload protection. Labyrinth seal + piston ring dual sealing. External locking cylinders — accessible without crusher disassembly. Optional hydraulic anti-spin system.
Models: 38 SBS, 44 SBS, 52 SBS, 57 SBS, 68 SBS.

FAQ — Telsmith SBS cone crusher parts
What is the Dynamic Adjust system?
SBS series allows CSS adjustment while the crusher is running — no need to stop production. A digital readout shows the current setting. This is particularly useful when switching between product sizes on the same material.
Roller bearing vs. bushing cone crusher — which wears faster?
Telsmith SBS uses roller bearings instead of bronze bushings. Roller bearings have lower friction and don't require the same oil-circulation system as bushing-type crushers. Bearing life: typically 15,000–25,000 hours with proper lubrication.
How does the hydraulic anti-spin system work?
Optional on SBS models. Prevents the mantle from spinning backward when the crusher runs empty — this protects the mantle and bowl liner from uneven wear and reduces dust seal damage. Worth specifying if your operation has intermittent feed.
