Sandvik CH series cone crusher parts

Mantles, concaves, bronze bushings, gears, shafts, and Hydroset components for Sandvik CH cone crushers. Manufactured to original specifications. Cast in Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2, Mn21Cr2Mo — work-hardens under impact. Lead bronze bushings (C93800), centrifugally cast and CNC-finished.

Wear parts

Mantle — Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2, Mn21Cr2Mo. A, B, C, and EC profiles available. The moving crushing surface. Sold with or without burning ring.

Concave / Concave Ring — Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2. Matching profiles to mantle. Stationary crushing surface. Single-piece and multi-piece ring sets.

Upper crusher assembly

Spider Bushing — Lead bronze (C93800). Supports the spider. Centrifugally cast, CNC-machined.

Spider Seal Ring — Rubber/felt. Keeps dust out of the spider bearing. Inner and outer rings.

Spider Arm Shield — Mn steel or rubber. Protects the spider arms from falling material.

Topshell — Cast steel. Houses the crushing chamber. Bolted to bottomshell.

Support Ring — Cast steel. Supports the topshell. Threaded for CSS adjustment on older models.

Wear Plate / Arm Liner — Bolt-on Mn steel plates. Protects the topshell interior.

Main shaft & head assembly

Mainshaft — Forged alloy steel. Heat-treated. Machined journals and keyways.

Mainshaft Sleeve — Steel. Protects the mainshaft from wear at the bushing contact area.

Head Center — Cast steel. Central hub for the mantle. Tapered fit on mainshaft.

Burning Ring — Steel. Welded or threaded ring that locks the mantle to the head center.

Inner Head Nut — Steel. Threaded nut above the mantle. Torqued to spec.

Mainshaft Step — Steel thrust plate. Transfers axial load from the mainshaft to the hydroset piston.

Eccentric & drive

Eccentric — Cast steel. Houses the eccentric bushing. Machined bore and gear seat.

Eccentric Bushing — Lead bronze. Press-fit into eccentric bore. Inner surface contacts mainshaft.

Eccentric Wearing Plate — Steel. Thrust surface at the bottom of the eccentric. Replaceable.

Bottom Shell Bushing — Lead bronze. Supports the eccentric in the bottomshell bore.

Gear & Pinion — 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi. Carburized and quenched, HRC 58-62. Spiral bevel set.

Pinion Shaft — Alloy steel, heat-treated. Keyed for drive coupling.

Pinion Shaft Housing — Cast iron. Bolted to bottomshell. Houses pinion shaft bearings.

Hydroset (hydraulic CSS adjustment)

The Hydroset system adjusts the closed-side setting and provides tramp iron overload protection. The mainshaft position is controlled hydraulically, not mechanically.

Hydroset Cylinder — Houses the piston. Mounted below the bottomshell.

Piston — Supports the mainshaft step. Moves vertically under hydraulic pressure.

Piston Wearing Plate — Hardened steel. Contact surface between piston and mainshaft step.

Chevron Packing — Multi-lip seal set for the Hydroset piston. Nitrile or polyurethane.

Pump Unit — Electric hydraulic pump. Maintains system pressure. Controlled by ASRi automation.

Seals, hardware & accessories

Dust Seal Ring — Rubber/felt. Contact seal between the head and the dust collar. Inner and outer rings.

Dust Collar — Steel ring. Mounted on the topshell. Wraps around the head to form the dust seal path.

Scraper — Hardened steel. Strips material off the dust collar during rotation.

Valves — Hydraulic control valves for Hydroset and lubrication circuits.

Bottomshell — Cast steel. Lower mainframe. Houses the eccentric and hydroset.

Gaskets, Shims, Spacers, Keys, Retaining Rings — Supplied with assemblies or available separately.
