Jaw plates, cheek plates, flywheels, shafts, and hardware for Metso C Series jaw crushers. Manufactured to original specifications. Cast in Mn18Cr2 and Mn21Cr2 manganese steel — work-hardens under impact.

Models covered: C80, C96, C100, C106, C110, C116, C120, C125, C140, C150, C160, C200, C3054.

Fixed Jaw Plate — Quarry (1P) and standard profiles. Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2.

Movable Jaw Plate — Matching profile. Sold as pair or individually.

Flywheel / Pulley — Ductile iron, counterbalanced. Grooved for 8V belts. Taper-lock bushing available.

Upper/Lower Cheek Plate — Mn steel. Bolt-on. Full sidewall coverage.

Pitman — Cast steel. Machined bore for eccentric shaft. Bearing seats included.

Eccentric Shaft — Forged alloy steel, heat-treated. Machined journals for spherical roller bearings.

Toggle Seat / Tightening Bushing — Cast steel. Wedge-lock for quick jaw plate changes.

Labyrinth Seal — Multi-stage, non-contact. Keeps dust out, retains grease.
