Rotating assembly

Shaft assembly

42CrMo forged and heat-treated. Keyway and bearing seats ground to OEM tolerances. Complete with bearings, seals, and locknuts.

Basic rotor assembly

Ni-hard wear ring rotor body with replaceable wear plates. Balanced at 1,200–1,800 rpm depending on machine size.

Bare rotor

Rotor body without wear components — for rebuilds where you keep your existing tip sets and wear plates.

Wear components

Rotor tip set / backup tip set / hanger tip set

Tungsten carbide tips brazed onto steel carriers. 3-tip and 4-tip rotor configurations. Tip sets include backup blocks for use after the carbide face wears through.

Wear plate / top plate / bottom tip wear plate set

Ni-hard or chrome white iron. Bolt-in design — no welding required. Upper and lower sets sold separately or as a complete kit.

Feed plate / distributer

Directs material into the rotor eye. Ni-hard with hardened insert ring. Distributer plate sits above the rotor for even material flow across the chamber.

Other components

Spider frame / hub / wear rubber

Spider frame supports the rotor — cast and machined. Hub connects rotor to main shaft spline. Wear rubber protects internal casing from rebounding material.

Relay

24V DC control relays. Direct replacement for original electrical cabinet components.
