Wear parts

Mantle — Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2. Moving crushing surface. Available in multiple chamber profiles (EF, F, MF, M, C, EC).

Concave — Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2. Stationary crushing surface. Matching profiles to mantle.

Mechanical components

Top Bearing — Supports the mainshaft. Reduces friction during rotation.

Eccentric Bushing — Bronze. Enables gyratory motion. Centrifugally cast and CNC-machined.

Thrust Bearing Set — Absorbs axial crushing forces.

Drive Gear Pair — Spiral bevel set. Transmits motor power to the eccentric.

Piston — Hydraulic CSS adjustment. Controls closed-side setting.
